3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charges.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must also be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Provide access to the property and necessary cleaning supplies if not arranged with us beforehand.
  • Ensure valuable or fragile items are safely stored to prevent accidental damage during cleaning.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to items that were fragile, previously damaged, or improperly secured.
  • Our team is trained to handle all tasks with care, and we hold liability insurance for unforeseen incidents.

6. Privacy
